For supply yards

New business.
At your number.

Spec-complete quote requests from verified local contractors, routed to the branches that actually carry the brand. Sealed bids — nobody sees your numbers. Contractors are free forever, which is what keeps the demand on the board.

Everything on this page that isn't built yet is badged ROADMAP. Demo companies are fictional. No real supply yard has signed up — nothing you send here reaches a real business.

The demand — first, because it's the whole point

🏗 Jobs you are not seeing today.

Every request is a real, funded, spec-complete job from a verified contractor with a delivery town and a delivery date — batched by town for route density. You quote it from the counter in two minutes, and you are never forced to be the lowest: perks win jobs too.

Brand-matched routing and sealed bidding run on the live engine today. Demo companies are fictional. No real supply yard has signed up — nothing you send here reaches a real business.

02
The business

New business — at YOUR number.

Customers you've never had. And you're never forced to be lowest — perks win jobs too: free delivery, forklift offload, held pricing, leftover pickup. "I have enough business" means enough business at chase-the-money terms. This is incremental volume, at your price.

02b
What it costs

One flat monthly price. Never a cut of your order.

Contractors use YardRFQ free, forever — that's what keeps the bidding side full. Yards are who we charge, and we charge a flat subscription per branch. We never take a percentage of what you sell, never mark up your materials, and never touch the money between you and your customer.

INTENDED PRICING  $149–199/mo per branch is intended pricing — final terms set from pilot data. The additional-branch discount and the capped enterprise rate are set from that same pilot data.

02c
The founding offer

Free for 90 days. No card.

Founding yards run the full pilot free for 90 days. We don't take a card up front, and nothing auto-converts into a paid plan. When the 90 days are up, a rep sits down with you in person, shows you your own branch's numbers, and asks for the renewal. If the numbers aren't there, you don't renew — and nothing was ever charged.

If you do renew, you renew at the founding rate: $99/mo per branch, guaranteed 36 months, then capped increases — not the standard price. That's the whole point of going first.

03
Dead stock

Move overstock in one post.

Slow week? Post surplus at your price to the verified contractors in your delivery radius. Bagged concrete, poly sand, the pallets aging in the back row — inventory becomes cash without touching your list prices.

We're not going to quote you a contractor count. Demo companies are fictional. No real supply yard has signed up — nothing you send here reaches a real business. The network is being built now; the reach number will be a measured one or it won't be printed.

04
Protected effort

🛡 Your quoting time is never free labor.

ROADMAP  Designed, not built and not sold: a late-cancellation policy that compensates the yards who did the quoting work rather than us. Terms are not set — we are not pitching this as a reason to sign up.

05
The demand

Every request is a real, funded job.

Verified contractors only. Exact quantities off a real estimate, a real delivery town, a real date. No homeowners price-shopping you.

06
The work

Your counter guy quotes it in two minutes.

07
The promise

Nobody sees your numbers. Ever.

Sealed identities — competitors see the number to beat, never who holds it or your book pricing. (Open Bid is an opt-in mode a buyer can choose per job — never forced on you.)

08
Where you win

⚡ Urgent Fill pays you a premium.

A contractor's crew is stuck and needs material TODAY. You have it on the shelf. You set an honest rush fee — and win on speed, not just price.

10
The badge

⚡ Rapid Response is earned. It can't be bought.

Answer fast and completely and the badge shows on your branch. What counts is a qualifying bid — unit price, quantity available, ready time, delivery terms, and an inventory attestation — that you don't later withdraw. Acknowledging an alert earns you nothing. Targets: 15 minutes to acknowledge, 45 minutes for a complete bid, measured only during the hours you told us you're open.

You lose it for low acceptance, low fill rate, frequent withdrawals, or big quoted-vs-final price swings. There is no paid ranking on YardRFQ and never will be — that rule is the whole brand. These timers are our current hypothesis and get replaced by real pilot percentiles.

11
Your reputation

Real numbers. No star ratings.

We will never put a 5-star grudge board on your branch. Your profile shows objective statistics pulled from actual transactions: median time to a qualifying bid, qualifying-bid rate, fulfillment rate, on-time delivery rate, withdrawal rate, price deviation.

Every stat is displayed with its sample size and a plain definition of how it's measured — and any stat with too few transactions behind it is hidden entirely rather than shown. "94% filled" off three jobs is a lie told with true numbers, and we won't print it about you.
